We only supply the products and are not liable if these products are misused in any way including breaking the law, please make sure of any legal repercussions should you not abide by the law. Spores labeled research should only be used for microscopy purposes and not cultivation, we cannot lend any support or information and cultivation of those spores
Shipping Policy
How It Works
Shipping will happen on the same or the next business day depending on our courier partner, for any queries regarding your shipment please contact us and we will get in touch. Please note orders over 30 Kg will incur a Heavy Shipment Surcharge, this still applies to orders over R1000. When choosing offline payment it's important to send us a POP as no stock will be reserved without.
Agar Cultures will be sent within 10-14 days however can take a bit longer, this is as each agar culture is made fresh with order.
Returns

Any defective products will be replaced as long as it's within the return timeframe specified on the product
